Your deposit takes the animal off the market and is credited to the balance. Refund conditions are set out in your contract; we aim to be fair where circumstances change.
Every animal leaves vaccinated, drenched and vet-checked, with a 30-day health guarantee. Chondro results and health records travel with the animal.
